Twilight Outreach in Hillbrow is home to 15 young men between the ages of 18 – 24. They very often go hungry. They have no electricity so cannot cook or heat up food & survive on non-perishables & bread.

Hearts of Hope
is an orphanage in Wendywood with 48 children between the ages of birth – 18. The majority are between 3-15 years of age. They have hit really hard times & are battling to pay school fees & feed the kids. It is a haven for abandoned & orphaned kids & we would hate to see it close down.
Dominic Shile has taken it upon himself to help 50 primary school children with aftercare homework support. He tries on his meagre stipend to at least give each child one hot meal a day. Often, they just get bread. They are based in Kya Sands.

Clive Mashishi looks after children in 3 townships & gets by on a stipend paid to him by Friends of Israel where he volunteers & teaches people about Israel. He is a man with a heart of gold & tries to feed homeless people, as well as children, hundreds every month.

We can also supply you or your company with a framed photograph of the people/charity you are feeding on request e.g.:

Section 18A entitles a taxpayer (individual, company, close corporation or trust) to deduct annual donations to certain public benefit organizations not exceeding 10% of taxable income.*

In addition to this, a further benefit of making donations to an approved PBO is that these donations are exempt from donations tax, as well as capital gains tax (in relation to assets donated), ensuring that the beneficiaries of the donation enjoy the full benefit of the donations, and that the donors are not subject to any adverse tax implications subsequent to making the donations.*
